They brought to the table everything we needed to navigate the Victoria real estate market: experience, perspective, sagacity, energy, enthusiasm -- all of it. They far exceeded our already lofty (!) expectations. Cannot recommend them highly enough. We still cannot believe how quickly and easily Audra handled the process for us: touring properties, writing an offer, negotiating, and closing (from first viewing to moving in took just over six weeks). This spring, we moved from Toronto to Victoria and even with the time difference, we always felt like we were cared for. I came into town for a week in April to find a perfect place in a whirlwind, and we did! Throughout the entire process, she was always available to answer questions. When we found a home that we loved she checked EVERY SINGLE nook and cranny and sent plenty of supporting documentation to help us make sure this was the correct decision. She stayed on the phone with my husband while we scrutinized over the details of this purchase. We never felt like she wanted us to buy quickly, but rather that she wanted us to buy the right place. She was super knowledgeable and when she didn’t know the answer to something, she found it so fast!

Her approach to our slightly complicated offer was very smart and really put her experience level on display. Once we purchased our home she stayed in touch until closing to update us on things or just check in. She even alerted us about other clients selling furniture since we got rid of so much on our move. I NEVER felt abandoned by Audra. I’ve felt this with other realtors after the sale is made. I was so impressed during this entire process. She even did our inspections for us since we wouldn’t make it to town for closing. She then met us on closing day with our keys and our friends to greet us after a long drive. Then we got a congratulatory gift basket… You could tell it wasn’t random. She listened the whole time while we looked at houses… It was a gift basket that was geared towards our whole family. Plus included neighbourhood specific things.

I was so grateful for Robert Peterson's work in selling my property.
