- Discuss pre-listing preparation and professional staging services
- Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that includes professional photographs, sales video, floor plan, MLS listings, brochures, and traditional print and online advertising
- Schedule, host and market Realtor tours and public open houses
- Prepare a property information package that includes property disclosure statement (PDS), title search, renovation/improvements, existing warranties, survey and or plot plans, zoning information, and strata documents (if applicable)

Managing the Real Estate Transaction Through Closing
